Bookings and rules

  • 1. What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in is scheduled by 8:00 PM. Apartments are handed over as soon as they are ready, generally by 5:00 PM.
    The common areas of the residence are available from the morning for luggage storage.

    Check-out is scheduled by 9:30 AM. It is possible to leave luggage in storage if you wish to stay longer during the day.

  • 2. What are the cancellation conditions?

    Any cancellations must be communicated as soon as possible, by phone and/or in writing.
    High season (June–September), holidays, and long weekends:
    Up to 14 days before arrival: the deposit is refunded or kept as a credit for a future stay. After this deadline: the deposit is retained.
    Low season:
    Cancellation is free or evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  • 3. Is it possible to book half board or full board?

    The property is a residence and offers apartments with equipped kitchens, so hotel-style board is not provided.
    A restaurant serving typical Ligurian cuisine is available with direct access from the lobby, also open to non-guests.
    Residence guests enjoy a 10% discount on the menu and free delivery service to the apartment.

Apartments

  • 1. What is the apartment layout?

    Studio apartments: a single open-plan space with a kitchenette and bathroom. Available with a balcony (street view) or without a balcony (quieter, facing the interior).
    Two-room apartments: living room with kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom (with or without a window). Some do not have a balcony but face the rear, making them quieter.

  • 2. What is the maximum capacity of the apartments?

    Studio apartments: up to 2 people
    Two-room apartments: up to 4–5 people (including children)

  • 3. Are the apartments equipped with air conditioning and heating?

    Yes, all apartments have air conditioning and central heating.

  • 4. Is the kitchen equipped?

    Yes, each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, cookware, a refrigerator, and a microwave.
    We also provide a welcome kit with paper towels, sponges, and cleaning supplies.

  • 5. Is the apartment cleaned every day?

    The apartment is cleaned before your arrival and sanitized after your departure.
    There is no daily housekeeping service, but it can be arranged upon request.
    Extra cleaning: available upon request for an additional fee; please arrange this at the time of booking.

  • 6. Are there apartments for people with disabilities?

    We do not have apartments that are fully compliant with standards, but we also accommodate people with reduced mobility.

    We provide the initial bags for waste sorting.
    The containers are located in front of the residence; access cards are available at reception.
