PRICES INCLUDE:
All utilities (water, electricity, gas, air conditioning, heating), complete linens for beds, bathroom, and kitchen, final cleaning, and Wi-Fi throughout the property.
For children: a dedicated playroom.
For infants: cribs, high chairs, baby bathtubs, and more, all available directly in the apartment

BOOKING INFO:
A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation.
The balance is due on the Wednesday following arrival for bookings of one or more weeks, and the day after arrival for short stays.
In case of cancellation at least 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded.

CHECK-IN: On the day of arrival, the apartments are ready for check-in as soon as they are prepared, by 5:00 PM.
We cannot guarantee a specific check-in time, but the Residence’s common areas are fully available to waiting guests starting in the morning.
Check-in must be completed by 8:00 PM.

CHECK-OUT: On the day of departure, the apartments must be vacated by 9:30 AM; however, as with arrival, the common areas are available if guests wish to spend the day in Andora.
